How Our VFFS Machines Work?

The process begins with a roll of packaging film, which is securely mounted on the unwinding station. The film is pulled off by high-precision transport belts and guided through the machine. The unwind tension control system ensures the film is unwound evenly and without distortion, preventing any issues during the forming process.

As the film is unwound, it passes through a series of rollers or dancer arms that maintain consistent tension. This ensures the film moves smoothly through the system, preventing wrinkles or misalignment that could affect the bag formation and seal quality.

To add branding or product information, the film can pass through a printing unit. Advanced thermal and inkjet printers allow for high-quality printing of dates, batch numbers, logos, graphics, and other custom designs directly onto the film. This step is fully customizable to meet your unique packaging requirements.

After printing, the film moves through a sophisticated registration system. A registration light eye detects the printed registration marks on the film, ensuring perfect alignment for accurate cutting and sealing. Tracking sensors further monitor the film’s position throughout the process, ensuring the machine operates at optimal efficiency and precision.

The film is then fed into the forming station, where it is shaped into a tube-like structure. Depending on your product and packaging design, the machine can create various types of bags, including flat pouches, stand-up pouches, or gusseted bags. The forming collar adjusts based on bag size and design specifications.

Once the bag is formed, a precise filling system dispenses the product into the bag. Whether you’re packaging powders, granules, liquids, or other products, the filling mechanism ensures accurate measurements and minimizes waste. Our machines are designed to handle various products with speed and accuracy, boosting your production efficiency.

After filling, the top of the bag is sealed using heat and pressure, ensuring an airtight closure. The heat-sealing jaws are equipped with sharp knives to cleanly cut the bags, separating them into individual units. The sealing process guarantees product freshness, and the cutting mechanism ensures a uniform, high-quality finish.

Once the bags are sealed and cut, they are automatically ejected from the machine. Depending on the configuration, they can be directed into collection bins or moved to secondary processes, such as cartoning or palletizing. This fully automated process reduces manual labor and streamlines the workflow.
